How do I sign up?
Use our secure online signup: aaacareclub.netlify.app/signup. Choose a plan, enter your address and units, set a portal password, and pay with Stripe.
How do I log in after I join?
Open the customer portal and sign in with your email or phone plus the password from signup (or your welcome email).
Can I change plans or cancel online?
Yes. In the customer portal, open Billing and use the secure Stripe billing portal to update your card, change plan, view invoices, or cancel at period end.
What if I have more than one HVAC unit?
Membership is priced per unit, per address. Additional units at the same address receive 25% off the plan rate. You select unit count at signup.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime through the billing portal; benefits continue through the paid period.
